On Friday evening September 6, 2024 and Saturday morning September 7, 2024, I took a trip around the neighborhood to see what landscaping and other maintenance issues were easily found. Altogether, I spent 3 hours driving around and taking the following photos. While my opponent talks about polishing the brass; all he does is talk.

As you will see in the photos, there are many missing palm trees cut down on his watch and not replaced. There is a defective unit in the north retention pond in front of Mirabay. Many of the islands have weeds in them. There are dead and missing plants in the islands and throughout the community. The oak trees have sucker growth which should have been removed. Mowed grass is left out on the front entrance.

The community is paying $58,603 per month EVERY month for the maintenance of the grass and plants ($703,240 per year) and the poor quality of service being accepted by this Board is unacceptable. If you want someone to hold our vendors accountable so we get the services we pay for, then I am your man.

Vote Steve Lockom for fiscal sanity.
